MBC Kids Enrolment 2025

We are excited to offer programs for children and youth in 2025, with special thanks to our dedicated teams of volunteers. Use this form if you are a parent giving permission for your child to be included in one of our childrens programs offered as part of the AM or PM services, including:

Little Sprouts (Preschool + Kindy)
Evergreens (Year 1 to Year 4)
Cedars (Year 5 to Year 8)

Note:

For AM Creche - please register your child at the creche room. Do not use this form.
For MBC Youth on Friday Nights - please use the Youth Rego form.
